Лл
The letter “эль”
/l/
Л л sounds like l, as in "let". Looks like a small A missing its crossbar, or a tent shape.
Where is Л on the keyboard?
On Russian Phonetic, л is on the key QWERTY prints as "l", right ring finger, on the home row. On ЙЦУКЕН it is on the key QWERTY prints as "k", right middle finger, on the home row. Two different physical keys for one letter, which is why moving between the two layouts is its own skill rather than a detail.
